jdeveloper에서 weblog를 실행 java.net.BindException : 요청 된 주소를 할당 할 수 없습니다 : JVM_Bind

오류 메시지는 완전히 오해의 소지가 있습니다. 무의미한 말은 아니지만 Cannot assign requested address은 사용자가 로컬이 아닌 IP 주소를 지정했음을 의미합니다. 이미 사용중인 포트라면 address already in use이됩니다.

The address 10.72.4.73 might be incorrect 

이것은 로그의 유일한 부분입니다.
