MyDocuments에서 SQLExpress 폴더를 삭제하고 IIS를 제거한 다음 IIS를 다시 설치하고 이번에는 redirection.config 파일이있는 SQLExpress 폴더를 다시 만들었으며 (이전에는 없었 음) IIS_IUSRS에 읽기 권한을 부여했습니다. 사용자가 해당 파일을 읽고 문제가 해결되었습니다.
